What happens to the details in your pickup request.

Request information

The form collects your name, email, phone, address, preferred date, selected items, condition, access answers and any optional notes. Submit only the information needed to review the pickup; avoid sensitive personal information in free-text notes.

Who receives it

With your service consent, the request is sent to Limitless Moving & Storage’s SmartMoving account for review. The item quantities and logistics appear as a list for the team to translate into inventory. Your submission is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Contact choices

Required service consent permits calls, email or texts about this request, including an automated acknowledgment. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop texts. Optional email marketing has a separate unchecked choice and can be unsubscribed from. No SMS marketing consent is collected.

Technical records

The delivery service keeps request references and delivery status to limit duplicates and help resolve uncertain submissions. Temporary abuse-prevention records are used to limit repeated requests. The form does not store contact details in browser local storage.

Questions or changes

Contact Limitless Moving at (508) 205-9648 about access, correction or deletion requests. Information already received by a service provider is handled under its retention and legal obligations.
